Processing your refund

Our policy is to issue refunds once received from your insurer, this is usually the month after the
adjustment to the insurance has taken place.

If you have not yet received your refund, you can raise an accounts query below and a member of our team will respond as soon as possible.

    *Your refund will be issued to the card from which we received payment or by cheque if you paid by any other method
